Bruce Wayne Sand 53, entered eternal rest on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at Riverside Regional Medical Center.
A Celebration of his life will be held 1:00 P. M. Saturday, October 26, 2019 at Berceuse Funeral and Cremation Traditions 2609 Cunningham Drive, Hampton, Va.
Viewing one hour prior to the service Saturday.
