Robert Winnegan husband of Harriett Winnegan departed this life Monday February 15, 2021 at Sentara Obic Hospital.
A Viewing will be held 6-8 PM Monday, February 22, 2021 at Poole’s Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at Mt Sinai Baptist Church, Ivor.
