Mrs. Julia P. Silver entered eternal rest Sunday, February 9, 2020 at her residence . A service celebrating her life will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, February 21, 2020 at Zion Baptist Church 633-20th Street, Newport News. Interment will be in Parklawn Memorial Park.
