Ms. Mable Beatrice Fauntleroy Barbour

Mable Beatrice Fauntleroy Barbour 79, entered eternal rest on November 18^, 2020 at Mary Immaculate Hospital in Newport New VA. Mable was born to the late Augusta and Ethel P. Fauntleroy on February 16, 1941 in Baltimore MD.  Mable was a lifelong resident of Williamsburg, VA, and a devoted member of First Baptist Church Denbigh in Newport News.

Mable was a kind and loving person with a “heart of gold”.  Mable known for her generosity, sweet personality and radiant smile.  She was always willing to go the extra mile to help those in need without expecting anything in return.  Mable loved God, family, friends, people and life.  Anyone who had the pleasure of knowing her experienced the outpouring of love that flowed from her heart. All who knew her and will miss her dearly.  God loves her so much that He took away her suffering by calling His daughter home.  Although, we have lost a beautiful soul here on earth, heaven has gained an angel, so rest now, our precious mother, grandmother, nana, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend. You are loved and will be missed.  

Mable leaves to cherish precious memories her children Tony Fauntleroy (Elizabeth Tyler, deceased), of Yorktown, VA., Steven Fauntleroy of Richmond, VA., Sabrina Lane of Portsmouth, VA., Alonzo Hobday (Linda) of Newport News VA., siblings twin Bernice Ortega (Angel) of Bronx NY., and Novella Palmer (Robert) of Williamsburg VA. 6 grandchildren, 10 greatgrandchildren and a host of other loving family and friends.

A viewing will be held on Friday, November 27^th from 6-8:00 PM at Bercause Funeral and Cremations Traditions 2609 Cunningham Dr. Hampton VA 23666.  Graveside service will be held 1:00 PM on November 28, 2020 at First Baptist Church Denbigh 3628 Campbell Rd. Newport News Va.
