Ms. Sally Rebecca Wallace Obituary

Born in New York State to James Lawrence Wallace and Sarah Ann Savedge Wallace. She spent her early years in New York and Surry. She attended Saint Margaret’s School in Tappahannock, Va., and Middlebury College in Vermont. As a young adult she was a gifted musician who lived, in California and Spain later returning to Alexandria, Va. where she taught music. She was the caregiver for everyone she knew, more concerned about others than herself. She retired to Carsley, where she loved living the country life with her family, friends and her beloved horses, dogs and cats. She is survived by her sister Sue Wallace, and cousins Suzanne S. Flynn (Ed) of Pittsburgh, Pa., Anita S. Vick (Donald) of Norfolk, Va., Charles Savedge ( Mary Alma) and their families. A memorial service will be held Sunday June 28^th at 3:00pm at her home, 5739 Carsley Rd. for the family and Carsley community.
