Sis. Rosetta E. Jackson of Norfolk, Virginia and a member of the United House of Prayer For All People Portsmouth, Va. departed this life November 12, 2021. A service celebrating her life will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, November 20, 2021 at the United House of Prayer For All People 3500 Greenwood Dr. Portsmouth, Va. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery

Norfolk, Va. Viewing 3-9 PM Friday, November 19, 2021 at E. Vaughan Funeral Establishment 5873 Poplar Hall Dr. Norfolk, Va. Please keep the Jackson and Blount Family in your prayers.
